There are times in our lives when circumstances look overwhelming… they are seemingly insurmountable… we don’t know if we will overcome them, or they will overcome us.
But how we overcome the problems and trials of life have everything to do with perspective. Both of these pictures are of the same flower (Thanks Danielle)… one of them is from an earthly perspective and it appears larger than life. 
The other is from a more heavenly perspective, and it looks very manageable. Can I suggest to you this morning that when the circumstances of life look like more than you canhandle… see which perspective you are looking at them from.
Earthly perspectives make problems and trials look overwhelming because we are trying to figure out how we will handle them. A Heavenly perspective includes the Lord’s ability to change the circumstances… or to give us the ability to go through them as we put our trust and faith in the Lord.
So it really is all about perspective !! (Hebrews 12:2) “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith;…”
